为什么Kv值不适合用于设计控制阀?
Kv值指的是在一个特定温度条件下,每时间单位内1bar压力下的介质流量。在实际情况中,这一指数只能代表阀门某一开度时的流量。但是,这一指数并不能代表阀门的线性调节特性。
为了能更好的设计阀门,必须考虑到阀门或者管道内的静/动压流失,最大最小水流流量和水流速度。只有当获取到这些数据并应用于设计时,控制阀才能具有线性调节的特性并且在操作过程中不产生气蚀。
