BT210 High Performance Double Offset Butterfly Valve

The valve plate and valve seat of BT210 have a unique structural design. It has reliable sealing, excellent performance and long service life. Standard soft sealing valve seat uses a flexible lip seal ring structure to handle change of temperature and pressure, and there is no need to increase O-ring or metal pad ring to keep sealed; at the same time the valve also has fire-resistant soft sealing valve seat and hard sealing valve seat, widely used in various working conditions.

Performance Characteristics   

1, The valve has the characteristics of two-way sealing and no leakage of air bubbles, which is suitable for the bidirectional flow condition; the sealing ring has long service life and low maintenance amount. Valve has fire knot, applicable to the requirements of fire conditions.
2, The surface plate of BT210 valve is processed with hard chrome and polishing treatment, like a mirror, so as to reduce the wear of the valve seat.
3,On the clip connection form, saving space to reduce costs.

1, According to conditions of different users, you can choose the seat of different materials, and different degree enhanced PTFE, which can meet the -196℃~-45℃ low-temperature occasions (Kel-F), temperature of-45℃~200℃ temperature occasions (MoS2 reinforced PTFE), -45℃~250℃ (carbon fiber reinforced PTFE) and -45℃~400℃ high temperature applications (316 metal seat).
2, The series of valves’ unique biasing shaft and eccentric valve plate design ensure that the valve in the open mode and in the middle position the sealing ring and the valve plate don’t contact. There is no abrasion in the sealing ring and it can achieve low rotational torque and small operating mechanism.
