BV420 Acid Resistant Ball Valve

BV420 ball valve uses a ball with circular holes for the opening and closing component. The ball rotates with the valve stem around the center line of the valve to open and close. The special molding process implements a good density of the sealing surface, coupled with the V-type PTFE packing the valve to achieve zero leakage. The ball and stem are cast as a whole, putting an end to the possibility that the stem gets out of the valve due to the pressure changes and guaranteeing the safety fundamentally. It has a whole plastic lining design and is resistant to strong corrosion medium.

Performance Characteristics   

The ball valve can be classified into three types according to the structure:
1,The use of fluorine plastic lining ball valve provides with a high chemical stability, applicable to any strong corrosive chemical media.
2,It uses all-pass floating ball valve structure. Turning meta-leakage off is processed in the whole pressure range, for piping system in pipeline pigging and sweep line maintenance.

Product Advantage   

1,The fluid resistance is small. The inner wall of the lining ball valve is smooth. Fluid flow is one of the least fluid resistance of all valves.

2, Switch quickly and easily. Just 90 degrees rotation of the ball will complete the opening and closing action.
3,It uses a special molding process, which lines the lining material on the inner wall of the shell of the valve and provides strong corrosion ability of acid and alkali medium. The lining of the spherical surface and PTFE valve seat combination provides good sealing and achieves zero leakage.
4,It can be configured with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and other driving devices, to achieve remote control and automation.
5,Sphere and the valve stem integration eliminates the rotation angle difference and eliminates the risk that the stem gets out of the body because of the pressure changes, to ensure the safety and reliability.
