BV410 Ceramic Ball Valve

BV410 is a new generation of ceramic ball valve using structural ceramics’ characteristics in resistance to strong corrosion and wear. It not only has the characteristics of an ordinary ball valve, the high quality internal ceramic parts (ZrO2) has excellent resistance to wear and bear corrosion performance and suitable for various strong corrosive liquid, gas, granular media material such as slurry, dust and other fluid regulation, cut-off control occasions.

Performance Characteristics   

The ball valve can be classified into three types according to the structure:
1, Ceramic valve uses high technology new ceramic structural materials to produce the valve sealing parts and wearing parts, which improves the valve product wear resistance, corrosion resistance and sealing and greatly extends the life of the valve.
2, The use of ceramic valve can greatly reduce the number of valve repairing and replacement, improving the safety and stability of ancillary equipment operating system and saving equipment repairing costs.
3, The manufacture of ceramic can use many raw materials and has low cost. Superior performance ceramic materials can be produced with aluminum, carbon, silicon and other common elements, which can save a lot of metal materials and rare mineral resources. Wear resistant ceramic valve is mainly used in electric power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mining, sewage treatment and other industrial fields, especially in the face of high wear, high corrosion, high temperature, high pressure and harsh working conditions, ceramic valve shows its superior performance.

Product Advantage   

1,All the parts that contact with the media are ceramic materials. Their stable chemical and high hardness (HRA89) is only after diamond, so it has excellent erosion resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good thermal stability.
2, Compared with aluminum ceramics, the crack resistance performance is better, and the service life is longer.
3,Using special processing and grinding equipment manufacturing, precision is high and surface quality is good. While using the self-lubrication of ceramic, sealing performance is excellent, and the operating force is small.
