GZ880 Self Operated Micro Pressure Control Valve

GZ880 self-pressure regulating valve is a kind of spring-set direct pressure regulating valve. It can change the pressure of the gas to a very low level at one time, which is only used for the control after the valve. It can be applied to the micro-pressure control system of all kinds of gases, especially for micro-pressure nitrogen sealing system. The lowest control pressure is 0.3KPa, and the maximum control pressure is 15KPa. The lowest temperature is -48 C, and the maximum use temperature is 120.

Performance Characteristics   

1、Compact structure --- the built-in spring structure makes the pressure regulating valve more compact, and has better protection.
2、No packing----with the control of the micro pressure, any friction resistance will impact the accuracy of pressure regulating valve. The valve without packing structure allows good sensitivity of the pressure structure, and reduces the leakage point.
3、Thrust amplification----micro pressure control valve has limited tension generated by the executional mechanism for the low control pressure. Pressure regulating valve magnify the small force generated by the diaphragm assembly 6 times with the lever force amplification mechanism of regulating valve to achieve good adjustment property and pressure resistance. In the same time, downstream flow is reduced to "0", and the valve core can turn off fluid in micro-pressure state, preserving the pressure of the system.
4、Safe overload - to minimize impact on part weight control pressure, the pressure regulating valve of the adjusting mechanism is designed as light and fine as possible. In normal operation, the downstream pressure is very low, and the force on adjusting mechanism is very small. But in the actual use of the process, overload is difficult to avoid, and the downstream pressure is likely to be issued to the pressure before the valve in abnormal states, then the thrust generated by disc component is absolutely destructive. Overload protection mechanism of the pressure regulating valve can effectively unload the overload capacity, and protect the regulator. That is to say that the pressure regulating valve actuator membrane can endure under the highest pressure before the valve without damage in most conditions.
5、Convenient installation--- valve factory cannot predict the field piping and installation space, so it is often found that due to the peripheral equipment, the pressure adjusting valve adjustment is affected and hard to observe after installation. SP439 pressure valve actuator together with the regulating mechanism can do 360-degree rotation in the non-disintegration state, the original performance parameters are not affected after adjustment.
