5、Built-in pressure relief valve - the power of the command regulator comes before the valve, and the pressure before the valve is often high and changable. The built-in pressure relief valve of the controller can supply the control system of low and stable pressure of gas by reducing the high pressure before the valve.
6、Safe overload - to minimize impact on part weight control pressure, the pressure regulating valve of the adjusting mechanism is designed as light and fine as possible. In normal operation, the downstream pressure is very low, and the force on adjusting mechanism is very small. But in the actual use of the process, overload is difficult to avoid, and the downstream pressure is likely to be issued to the pressure before the valve in abnormal states, then the thrust generated by disc component is absolutely destructive. Overload protection mechanism of the pressure regulating valve can effectively unload the overload capacity, and protect the regulator. That is to say that the pressure regulating valve actuator membrane can endure under the highest pressure before the valve without damage in most conditions.
