GZ820 Self Operated Cage Type Pressure Control Valve

GZ820 Self Operated Cage Type Pressure Control Valve is a kind of spring direct acting universal pressure regulating valve, which can be widely used in various types of low corrosion gas and low viscosity liquid. The choice of configuration can achieve upstream pressure control and downstream pressure control. The lowest control pressure is 3KPa, and the maximum control pressure is 3600KPa. The lowest temperature is -48 C, and the maximum use temperature is 300.

Performance Characteristics   

1、Safe overload---Safety is always the most important in any case. The media of self-regulating valve will directly go into the actuator, and when the system is over pressure, the valve will be severely damaged. The overload protection mechanism of the valve will carry the overload pressure safely which can be higher than the upper limit value of the pressure regulating range or even several times. In some configurations it can fully achieve nominal pressure.

4、High accuracy--- Bellows stem friction is much lower than that of the traditional packing structure, and optimized design of spring and actuator will always find the best combination, so that the pressure valve has high control accuracy.
5、Low leakage--- Single seat valve has a low leakage when closed, and soft sealing valve can completely shut off the fluid to keep the pressure.
6、Balance spool --- O type circle balance structure is used to minimize the pressure difference caused by the uneven force, ensuring pressure-difference endurance and control accuracy.
