GA510 Cryogenic Angle Globe Valve

Cryogenic angle control valve is a type of single seated valve with small size, simple structure. It is suitable for control of cryogenic fluid. Bonnet can be made into bellows-sealing structure to avoid valve leakage in cryogenic situation. Its trim structure is the same as that of single seated valve, so they are exchangeable. This series is widely applied in the cryogenic situation, such as metallurgy, air separation, oxygen oil, chemical and liquefied natural gas device.

Performance Characteristics   

1、This valve is used in fractionating tower and the body material is made of aluminum alloy with low temperature resistant, and it can be welded to the aluminum tube in the tower directly.The valve is also with stainless steel hoop that is separated from the insulation material in the tower and this makes maintenance much easier.
2、With long valve bonnet and insulation silicone case.
3、With advantage of compact structure, light weight, good stability etc.
4、Precision forging angle structure are used for valve body.
5、With characteristics of bottom-in and side-out, simple flow channel, small resistance, large valve capacity, double oriented, large adjustable ratio etc.

Product Advantage   

1、70% of valve trim are the same as GV120, so the spare parts inventory can be reduced and delivery period can be shortened
