Wuhan thermal power plant high temperature butterfly valve reconstruction project, a total of 12 sets of high-temperature valve, of which 11 sets of butterfly valve of the medium temperature is between 400 to 600 degrees Celsius, also a high-temperature butterfly valve is special, the medium is a gas combustion, normal temperature of 600 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature reached 1000 degrees Celsius. In order to save the cost of materials, the valve body material is 304 stainless steel ordinary stainless steel, lining high-temperature cement to block the effect of high temperature medium on the valve body, valve plate and the shaft are used 310SS heat-resistant stainless steel, in order to prevent the valve stuck, the bearing into the outside of the valve body, namely, the external bearing type, packing the ceramic material, but also to resist high temperature.
This valve has been put into use, the effect is very good.
