Change the project model is the product model is DN250600#, GC320 maze type multistage buck regulator. Medium for the finished oil, 97# 93# diesel, the pressure for the valve before 8.3MPa, 0.4MPa after the valve, the pressure is very large.
The original fault phenomenon: the valve in the running for some time will be reduced after the flow, the degree of change in the phenomenon.
On site inspection found in the sleeve of the flow hole at the entrance blocking a large number of impurities, resulting in reduced valve flow.
Reason: because the flow holes of the multi-stage step-down sleeve 4mmx4mm labyrinth and impurities in the pipeline for sand, iron cutting, under high impact card inflow hole caused by blockage.
Solution: change the flow hole of the multi-stage pressure reducing sleeve to 6mmx4mm maze and reduce the step down series. At the same time before the valve inlet to install the filter.
Since the chip flow becomes wide, the use of the valve has never been such a situation.
